Rules Text
An Orien Helm allows a mobile Bastion built within a Lightning Rail cart to travel. This facilityās hireling is a dragonmarked heir of House Orien.
Empower: Travel
When you issue the Empower order to this facility, you instruct its hireling to pilot the Bastion to a destination you specify. The Bastion travels at a rate of 30 miles per hour, 8 hours per day, along an existing route of conductor stones for the duration of the Bastion turn. The Bastion stops early when it reaches the specified destination or if something happens to stop your travel.
When you issue the Empower order to this facility, the DM rolls on the Bastion Events table as if you had issued the Maintain order to your Bastion.
